"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"The house was clean, but had not been updated in years and it was dangerous. The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. If I had any intention to shower, the bathtub/shower stall was over one foot high and would have been very difficult to step into. Finally, there is a bleached out,...

"We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned.
