"The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. "This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! The manager of the villa was wonderful and always responded in a timely manner and we recommend the villa highly. Our only complaint is that the front desk at Terranea is not very responsive and sometimes no one even answered the phone there."

"This property was the perfect spot to explore Bixby Knolls neighborhood. Was perfect for walking around to local shops and cafes, and surrounding parks, and is easy enough to commute to surrounding attractions. It's also a wonderful place to come home to after a long day of adventures! We highly recommend this property, and will use it now when we return!"

"We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by...
