"The Cabinas is close to the beach with shower at entrance so you can wash feet or body before getting to your room. The staff are kind, even if difficult to communicate at times as some don't speak English, but they do their best. The hammocks are a pleasure in the afternoon. There is a common area with tables that you can have your meals which is very useful. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, it was fee hot days when we were there and ceiling fan and separate fans were helpful. The...

"Convenient location right in the main town of Tortugero feeling like a local. Direct walking distance to the many eateries and shops plus a few steps from the beach side. Access to the National Park without boating in/out. Arrival and check-in can be confusing with many individuals at various steps but just be ready to tell them where you’re staying and who you’re looking for.
