"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff. "

The owner and property manager are very friendly and live on-site, making themselves accessible. The only negative was the small shower, but it turned out to be acceptable. "

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."

"We would definitely recommend I Tetti di Siena. It is well located, quite close to the train station but also to the main attractions. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It is also very competitively priced. There is also a supermarket just around the corner. Excellent all round!"
