"Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and the bathroom would flood after a shower since the doors don’t close well, but overall the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Just a warning if you need them there are no elevators, as well you may need to reserve parking with the hotel before arriving. The hotel is walking distance from everything in the main area, with a grocery store just across the street."

"Such a beautiful place. Like stepping into Sienese history. Amazing breakfasts on the balcony overlooking S Giuseppe and the hills beyond. Caterina provided dairy free alternatives and a kettle so we could make tea any time. Everyone was really helpful. The original Etruscan house has was added to in the 15 and 17 centuries.
