"This Villa is beautiful and a great size for a group of friends or family, but the best part of this place was the accommodation of the hosts. We had Francesco who greeted us and looked after us for the week, organising a boat trip for us, and as a group of friends who wasn’t driving he provided us a phone number for a great taxi company that were there for us whenever we needed. "The villa is pleasant enough situated just down the road from the village. We had several issues with it when we arrived but they were quickly sorted out by Claudia and her father who were both endlessly helpful. Watch out for biting insects which were a real plague despite insect repellent and citronella candles. Scopello is a pleasant little village with some nice places to eat.
