The bus offered to transport us back and forth from the station was also very useful and made our journey easier"

"I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended."

"Short walk from the station and theme park. Views were amazing - We were lucky enough to see Mt Fuji from our bed! The house was lovely, clean, and spacious. Staff were lovely, took our luggage up to our room, and offered a shuttle bus to the station. "

"Incredible facility and staff with stunning nature walks and views easily accessible nearby and from the hotel itself. Only drawback is that to get food at night, it’s a bit of a walk down dark streets to reach the restaurant-heavy area - but the hotel does also offer onsite dinner. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!"

"A lovely hotel. Room was a great size for a family of four. Lots of lovely little extras available. My daughter loved the skin care products. Great views of Mount Fuji from the room and roof top terrace. Short walk to the lake. "
