"The property itself was wonderful. The cabins were spacious and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and accomodation, helping us find and schedule a taxi service to the Fuji-san station on our very early morning trip back to Tokyo. I will say (to no fault of the hotel) that the transportation in the area is very lacking. There are little to no drivers on the Uber or GO apps.
