"We had booked this home to be near family for a wedding. The owner had listed the home for sale without us knowing and agent with prospective buyers walked in as my husband was upstairs sleeping. He was startled to find a group of strangers walking through the home. It is unsettling that agents had the code to access the home during our stay. The kitchen also had mice. They were very active at night and all over the counters and inside pots on the shelf above the oven. I contacted the owner immediate with no accommodation. The response was there is a known issue with mice in the town. Please do not stay especially with young children. This is not sanitary as mice do carry disease. I really do not like leaving any negative feedback. I am disappointed that the owner renting this property has done nothing and would not want anyone to have this experience. "

"What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! "Our extended family spent a week at the Robinson Estate and it accommodated all our needs. The house was beautifully decorated and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped. The basement provided hours of entertainment for the kids and the pool, pool house and koi pond were an added bonus. The property managers were friendly, professional, and quickly responded to our needs. We would stay at the Robinson Estate again."

"The owners are family friends and ever since they first bought this property, we’ve been looking forward to renting it for a weekend away. Well, we finally had the opportunity and all we can say is WOW. We strongly recommend this property, whether for a weekend away from the city, a month during the summer, or just a shoulder season retreat. It's exceptional on all measures: (1) Location – Bellport is an easy trip from the city by car or public transport, making it an incredible place to get away for even a quick weekend. The property itself is easy walking distance to the town center where there are amazing coffee shops, really fun places to shop, and great food (including healthy options). (2) Host – Anthony is an extremely high integrity person w/ impeccable attention to detail. He made the stay very easy, and had excellent recommendations for how to make the most of our stay. (3) Property – it’s better than in the pictures. The backyard and the (heated) pool are an oasis to hang out in, enjoy a swim, bbq, have dinner. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, and there are an incredible number of comfy beds that make this a particularly great place for hosting families (there’s even a playroom!). Fast wifi for wfh. (4) Experience – it’s amazing this home is so close to the city. It feels so different from city life; I can’t believe how accessible it was. How lovely to have that extra time to spend at the pool and the beach, rather than in the car."
