"Rented this hotel to watch the Akron game. Part of the reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool. Upon check in, the front seat informed us that the pool was down for maintenance. This, and the fact that the hours for breakfast did not fit our needs are the reason for the review. "

"The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). "TV didn’t work at first but the front desk clerk took care of it; fast and responsive. TV programming is basic and outdated. Breakfast was fine; the usual complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a conflict between some kitchen staff and other hotel staff which lead to a rather loud “discussion” … unprofessional in my opinion but I give credit to the kitchen personnel for apologizing afterwards. All in all, this was an isolated incident and I would stay there again. "
