"The hotel is clean and convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. The Onsen experience was wonderful with beautiful view of the mountains. The room we had was very comfortable for three people. "

"We stayed for 1 night. This hotel’s location is really convenience. Downstairs is the domestic airport. International airport is just 15 minutes walk. Dining and shopping area are so handy that we can shop until last minute. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties."

"This nondescript hotel blends in so well you may miss it when you first get there. There is an ample parking lot a half a block away. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was filled with both Western and local food. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Biei is very beautiful itself especially in the fall. However there are hot springs, forests and waterfalls a quick drive from here."

"We had a leak in our first room and the staff immediately came and changed us to an upgraded room and took good care of us. We were traveling with our parents and they upgraded their room also to be near us. Thank you. "

"Beautiful property and hotel with amazing views all around. The staff was wonderful with great hospitality. Very good breakfast on site as well which I recommend adding to your stay as it’s far to the main town to get breakfast. Only small criticism is the WiFi was substandard for a property with so much focus on the details. Was difficult to connect to and stay connected to."
