"The staff team is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very convenient, close to Sapporo Subway Station. Walkable to Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, TV Tower, Sapporo Government Building etc. Lots of choices for restaurants. Close to shopping. We made a trip to Hakodate for 2 days, the hotel held our big luggage for free. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend the hotel."

"Excellent service by everyone that attended to us, from check in, restaurant, parking and all. Good location, minutes from Nakajima Park and walkable to Odori Park and other attractions. Public bath has crowd status available from room (TV). Limited parking but hotel has affiliated parking nearby. Breakfast is good too. We had a great stay here."
