"Lisa was amazing! She is extremely responsive and very helpful. She went out of her way to recommend restaurants and local events she thought we might be interested in. Everything was clean. The backyard is ENORMOUS and the dogs loved it! The only issue we had was we have small dogs, so we were concerned that some of the gaps in the fence would allow our little ones to escape. I mentioned it to Lisa and her husband came over immediately and permanently filled the gaps so our little ones were...

"This is a lovely home that can accommodate multiple guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Has every amenity. Well-stocked kitchen. There was difficulty reaching the owner to check in. We never received an access code until 45 minutes prior to check in time. It is in a remote area with limited services nearby, which made the situation even more difficult and stressful."

"This cabin is a very nice combination of modern updates and a cozy log cabin that made a fantastic stay for Thanksgiving. It's really ideally situated between Shingletown and Lassen NP-- if you would like to cook it's easy, and if you want to go to town for groceries or pizza it's not far at all. It was probably one of the best stocked rentals I have been in-- from tasty snacks and wine to having all the pots and pans we needed for a holiday dinner. "Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Appreciated the complimentary water and hot beverages in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Just what we wanted after a long day of driving. Hotel location is great for downtown walk and food options. (Try Heavenly Donuts!) Also easy drive to Sundial Bridge if you want a good nature walk. "

Holiday Inn Express Redding North, an IHG Hotel

"Christina at the front desk was very helpful. My reservation was somehow stuck in the computer system and she took the time to help me by letting me settle down in my room first and when my prepaid reservation finally showed up in the hotels computer she let me know so I could complete the check-in process. She is very patient and resourceful and handled the situation very professionally. She deserves a commendation"
