"今回、8月12日身内に不幸ごとがあり、その3週間前から.危険な状態が続いていたので、7月末にキャンセルをしました。しかし、私のキャンセルのし忘れだったホテルがあったみたいで、ご迷惑をかけました。別のホテルは、こちらの状態を聞いていただき、本当にかかった経費だけの請求でしたが、こちらのホテルは、宿泊予定だった翌日のしかも朝の7時過ぎに電話一本で無愛想に連絡があり、こちらの状態も確認せず、全額払とてほしいとのことでした。年配の責任者でしたが、サービス業とは思えない対応と心配りに欠ける責任者でした。全額振込みましたが。もう二度と予約はしないです。"

"The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous and in a stunning part of Japan. We rented a car in Matsumoto and used the guesthouse as a base for visiting Kamikochi. The hotel is bright and cheery. The rooms are a generous size. The futons comfortable. Perhaps the best thing of all was the private onsen. The dining options around are a little limited- very few are open at night. There are more soba lunch options but we were out walking. We went to both Abbey Road and Springbank which were fine. "

"Superb hospitality from the owner and his team. Breakfast on both days were delicious. If you arrive by train, private transport to the property may be arranged. We shared a room for 4pax with a private toilet. Wash basins with a water dispenser was communal. It was a very special experience for us. Loved the natural setting of the onsen. "

"The house itself is beautiful but all around it is extremely badly taking care of. The yard is a mess, the grass high, and just next to some run down green houses. "Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap."
