"Amazing stay"

"The La Vista Furano is a lovely hotel, with a great location, and a fantastic spa. At the 9th floor public bath, you can choose from indoor or outdoor hot pools, warm pool, cold pool, sauna, and water massage. Also on the same floor are massage chairs with a view of the ski resort and the mountains, and complementary ice cream. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with western, Japanese, and some Chinese options. Rooms are very comfortable. Service is excellent as well. Overall a great place, that I would come back to."

"The hotel is right accross the gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. All of them speak excellent English. During peak ski season, be sure to reserve dinner at the hotel ahead of time."

"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
