"We live Toyoko Inn hotels. We always tried to book it if possible. The hotels are near train stations within walking distance. Free breakfast with simple food which are adequate. Good facilities. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was compact . Reception staff have limited English but no problem with check in. Service with a smile. It was such a great value for money."

"My family came to visit from US and I wanted to show them the area around Kamakura and Zushi. T-Reef was an OUTSTANDING host and communicated VERY well. House it located in a perfect area. 10 minute walk to the beach, right next to grocery store, a CREATE, 7.11, and a family mart. He includes all you need to cook. Katase Higashihama beach is an easy walk and best for family's with parking right next to it. For surfing go 2km east and your good to go. House is cozy, clean, and worked well for a family of four. Can't recommend enough. "
