"The 40 sqm room is spacious and have in-room laundry machine and air filter machine that dump moisture to the space. Moderate moisture content in the hotel room is important for us from HK. Room equipment is brand new including the large LCD TV and the acoustics treatment is good and peaceful to live here for 7 nights. "

The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the warmer seasons). "The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "
