ホテルのサービスはいう事なし。リラックス出来たし、お風呂も良かったです。 ただ一つあるとすると、場所が駅からちょっと遠いね。夜遅く着いたのでタクシーGOで呼ばないとタクシーが拾えなかった。

禁煙室がたばこ臭かった。満室で部屋交換不可、自分でリセッシュと空気清浄機で対応するように言われた。あえて駅前ではなく禁煙室のあるこのホテルを選んだのに全く意味がなかった。

ルートイン渋川　せっかく良い部屋でしたが、途中、喫煙室に変更してしまい、そのままにしておけば、ベットも大きかつたのです。変更しなければ良かったと、後悔してますが、お陰様で、無事に旅行できました。日曜日でレストランが休みなのが残念です。
