"It was great! However they need to improve the lighting for the rooms. For the sink area, it's so dark even in the daytime. Needed to move all the table lamps just to look and see into the mirror"

"Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK"

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much! I will be forever recommending you guys!!"
