"I had arranged for a late check our of 11am, but at 10.40am the male cleaner knocked and entered my room whilst I was in the bathroom half undressed. There is no chain on the door from the inside to stop this from happening, the chain has been removed. The outdoor area near the pool wasn't very clean and the outside heater had no gas bottle in it so it didn't work, nor did the outside fridge and it was filthy. I wouldn't stay here again especially due to the fact that a male cleaner entered...

However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest. "
