"Traveled to lake Conroe for a weekend stay. Have stayed in April Sound previously and it's a great area. This property is located close to the clubhouse and of definitely recommend. Property manager was very responsive! "

"This was a very beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath Condominium. Very clean and beautiful. They also left snacks, water , and ice. Beautiful creek in the back and also it right on lake Conroe. Host went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Even had bait and other small touches. "The unit itself was amazing. Very clean and kid friendly. On the other hand the "President" of the condominiums' was on the property and actually made me (54) and my grandkids get out of the pool and stated we had to have rented the unit for 31 days before we can access the pool and the pool area.
