"We arrived middle of the night and were met with a broken Trundle set from the previous tenants but reached out to the owners and they fixed it so our kids each had a bed the next night. Bryan is super nice and fit right in with our banter. Being 6’1” the showers were very low for myself just a side note for tall people lol. "The condo was just like the pictures. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool. The yacht club and breakwater Grill were within walking distance. The loft was perfect for my sister-in-law and she had her own bathroom and my husband and I had the downstairs room and our own bathroom. It was exactly what we needed and only 20 minutes from where our wedding event was."

"We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone. "

"My family and I wanted a weekend away. We went to the Renaissance Festival and Santa's Wonderland. We needed a place to stay that wasn't too far of a drive. This property was perfect. "It was such a lovely stay, with watching the boats all day, and different kinds of birds and ducks that would come by the dock. We watched the Southern Empress leave out on Sat.
