"This was a great place for my daughter to visit and get away from the hustle & bustle of city living. It's just a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping while still being in a country setting. My only advice would be to bring blankets if you are staying in the cooler months. I'm sure its usually warm there and blankets aren't needed, but it was cool when we were there in November. "We have actually stayed here twice, once for a family reunion, and another for weekend at lake with relatives. Very convenient to our niece’s house on the lake and to margaritaville. Always immaculate and fully stocked with whatever you need. Hopefully next time we can take advantage of the backyard and the hot tub (Texas heat too unbearable first visit). The only suggestion would be to get a plug for master tub. Luckily the kids could use the one upstairs. This is now our Go-To place at Lake...

"We stayed here for a couple of months while checking out houses in the area. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The place was better than the pictures showed. Plenty of space and felt very homey. The kitchen has plenty of appliances which was useful since we cook a lot. The side yard was great for dogs and the neighborhood is in a great location, quiet at night. We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"Evette’s townhouse is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from the upstairs covered patio. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to every question and resolved any issue immediately. Our stay was great. We have stayed in Eladen for the last 15 years during our annual trips and this was our first stay in April Sound. Beautiful with all the Christmas lights up, views of the lake and a secure place to stay. Overall I can’t recommend this location enough. "
