"Great location. 1 block from Upham Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The buildings are old & quirky but whimsical. You need to run the sinks to get the hot water and increase the pressure. "

"Great value. Older motel but all new kitchenette and beds. Well stocked kitchen with 2 burner cooktop, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker. Beach towels available at the small pool and chairs to take to the beach. This motel is on inland waterway with a dock, bbq's by the water.walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores. Trolley stop on the street in front. Really cute place with attentive staff."

"Had a wonderful stay here for a friends wedding. The place has wonderful amenities and was right across from the beach. Super clean and friendly staff. 10/10 will be staying again."

"We definitely loved this quaint little place and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the free amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, hammocks, Adirondack chairs; and of course being right on the beach!! If we were to look for improvements, the water was never really hot, there were no spoons in the room for coffee, and a fire pit would have been a great addition. "

"Great spot if you’re looking for down time at the beach, steps away from the hotel/condo. Had a renovated and clean suite. The hurricane damage can still be felt around for ex the water heaters in the pool were not yet working but the hot tubs were. Overall great stay! "
