"The central location of the hotel is perfect. Easy to find, but the car park is a nightmare, spaces are way too small. Check in excellent but there is a very nasty smell in the lobby, which they were aware of. Room was good quites small but ok for our 2 night stay. Whilst the room was cleaned, the table wasnt it was very dusty on arrival and stayed the same throughout our stay. Also coffee cups not cleaned or changed. "Been staying here on and off for a little while. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Could do with a full redecoration as looking very tired. The walls are a bit paper thin so can hear people talking and using the toilet next door. Also the large communal doors make an extremely loud thud which isnt pleasant when trying to sleep and people dont have much consideration for others allowing them to slam. Overall a perfect place for the price. Also free Gym, not that i use it. "
