"We had a really nice little break as a family, but there were a few things that were a little disappointing given the fact the house appeared on paper to be high end. We arrived with excited kids to find the hot tub was not switched on, so this took 24 hours to heat. A real shame when you only have a short break. There were no complimentary logs for the log burner as promised, and only one bin liner for the bins. So first thing to do was a shop! There were caddies for tea, coffee, sugar, salt...

"Cottage and yard dog friendly. Accomodation was extremely well presented and deserved its 5 star rating. all facilities in Edwinstowe easily reached on foot. Would recommend staying at Robins Nest."

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"The property was great and in a nice village. Local cafe at Manor House Farm is worth a visit as is the nearest pub Hare & Hounds. We visited Lincolnshire City centre which was lovely, the castle, cathedral and historic prison were all in walking distance once parked up in centre. We also visited a National trust Old Workhouse which was very interesting. Lots of things to do in Lincolnshire and well worth a visit."

"We had a great stay. We arrived, it was clean and welcoming. The heating was easy to manage. Position for Loughborough centre was great. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Our one and only down side was that the beds were too soft for us, but that is just personal preference. I would highly recommend this property. "

"The cottage was very spacious, comfortable and warm. Waltham is a lovely village and lots of places to visit near by. Communication with Eloise the owner was good. Would highly recommend Dog friendly too!"
