"When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. "Hotel itself was fine, clean and in good condistion apart from a persistent smell from the bathroom. The service was good but the noise from within the hotel was horrendous and went on all night. One other odd element was a window in the room overlooking a communal seating area with only a ill fitting blind protecting your modesty. We only stayed 1 night otherwise would have reconsidered our options."

"Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. "Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"
