"When we checked in we had been upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Large bed, plenty of hot water and toiletries provided. Daily housekeeping. "Hotel itself was fine, clean and in good condistion apart from a persistent smell from the bathroom. The service was good but the noise from within the hotel was horrendous and went on all night. One other odd element was a window in the room overlooking a communal seating area with only a ill fitting blind protecting your modesty. We only stayed 1 night otherwise would have reconsidered our options."

"We stayed here due to it's proximity to the Taj Mahal - it's location is pretty good, it's clean and the service is excellent. Even though it says 24/7 reception, this isn't really true as the family live in the hotel itself so are asleep - something we found out when we turned up at 1am due to travelling from Jaipur, which left us banging on the door outside for ages to get someone to wake up. "A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. "
