"A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. "

"They knew nothing of our booking via Expedia when we arrived but found us a room fairly quickly. However, the bedroom window was covered in what looked like mud and the fridge was extremely noisy. But they quickly found us a replacement room. Bedroom and shower were perfectly acceptable. Sadly all rooms seem to look out on building sites next door so the bedroom view is awful.
