"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. "Lovely period property with nice features. Large bedrooms and plenty of space. Stayed for two nights and wish it was longer. Great location and only a short walk to the train station and city centre. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

Great but dont have the breakfast

"Lovely place comfortable room. Very Clean only thing that lets this place down is the breakfast. Was expecting breakfast to be a little more than just full english. There are no cereals, fruit available to help yourself instead they charge extra for it. Plus the tea and coffee wasnt very forth coming. "
