"Overall very happy with the room and the stay. The bathroom being separate from the room the towels would be better left in there. Bed was comfortable however the bed moves if you’re resting against the headboard which is attached to wall and not bed. The shower head needs to be attached to the wall as there is no holder to use it unfortunately there was a boiler in the way "

"This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay. We would strongly consider staying again on future visits and feel comfortable passing along this...

"It's nothing like on the photo, king room becomes tiny single bad, tiny chair, tiny table, old carpet, noisy room ( next to bathroom and front got construction site), kitchen there, nothing work : gar cooker fail, kettle not working, microwave not working, awful bad smell when open fridge, bad food remains inside... horrible place to stay... everything seems dirty there, just a run-down guest house for ghost."

"Property easy to find and simple to access - we arrived late so keys left in safe box. Close to tube.great communication - texts received in good time. Rooms were functional and reasonably priced. Apparently we got an upgrade - 2 rooms opposed to the big loft. Our sleep was disturbed by noisy neighbours but i suppose this comes with the territory!"
