"The Watershed Hotel is an absolute gem! The property boasts a gorgeous view of the river, which instantly won me over. What truly makes this place shine, however, is the GM/Owner. She is an absolute delight to talk to and a remarkable host who goes above and beyond. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The deodorizer spray in the room was a bit overwhelming, with a strong scent that lingered. I had to keep the balcony door open for a few hours to let the room air out. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited—a few microwaveable Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches, yogurt, orange juice, and lackluster coffee. A wider selection would elevate the experience significantly. Despite these minor shortcomings, they will not deter me from staying here again. I look forward to returning and enjoying this charming hotel once more."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times through 3 ownership changes, and I would consider this one the best so far! The only takeaway was the fact that the dining/bar area was being remodeled during my stay. This didn't matter as there are plenty of eating spots within walking distance. The service was exceptional, I had to arrive a day earlier than expected and was able to be accommodated for 3 days in the same room...I was even upgraded to a lakefront view...!"
