The first room I was booked in was not cleaned by housekeeping so I had to go back down to the front to get another room, which was annoying. One of the elevators was broken. My room key stopped working after one use. The breakfast was not great at all. It lacked healthy options. There were two oranges so basically no fruit or yogurt. There are some glitches with this place that they need to iron out. The rooms were very spacious and laid out in a good way. Comfortable bed. Overall I would probably stay again.

Poor condition for a new hotel
Booked this hotel as it was new but disappointed with the cleanliness in the common areas, things that didn't work (elevator, heating/AC in the room) missing items (no ice bucket in the room, no pepper packets at breakfast - kind of petty but this a Hilton, not a Motel 6)

It was not so good because Hotels.com reservation was not recognized by the hotel. That is a Hotels.com problem in my book. We did get a room however I am concerned that I will be billed by Hotels.com. I paid the hotel directly for my stay.

First time staying in a Home2Suites. I was impressed with the larger room size and the extra amenities. Refrigerator was larger than the dorm size and having access to a washer and dryer in the lobby area was an added surprise. Fitness room was also great! We will stay again!

Rooms was huge and an unique design that was a bit of freah air. Desk associate went out of her way to make sure the room was clean before we entered. Appreciated the liquid hand soap, lotion, and detachable shower head.
