"Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."

"Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too."

Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. "There is so much that could be said about this wonderful property. The views are spectacular, the property its self is truly unique and a very special place. "A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"
