We made the mistake of thinking we were booking closer to Mount Shasta so had long drives since it was a ski trip, so next time we will be more careful. "We had a great time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway after all the holiday festivities and we wanted to be able to drive up to the Mt. Shasta area, which was about an hour away. The home itself was in a calm and quiet neighborhood, it was large and spacious for 5 people and a small dog. It was raining that weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the backyard as we would have liked, but during the summer I'm sure the pool...
