"The cabin was great and the outdoor fire pit was excellent. We didn’t spend much time indoors because it was cold - right at the end of the season, the propane heater didn’t work and electricity was limited. So we sat around the fire all night and that was perfect. My friend was pickier than me and didn’t sleep well because of scratching critters at the bedroom’s door to the outside. I slept like a log because the interior room had no windows and it was blackout dark - perfect for me! I guess...

"The house is decorated wonderfully and the kitchen is well stocked (spices, paper plates, cookware, etc). The beds are really comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pit as well as the indoor fireplace. It's a nice retreat for staying in Ohio with parks nearby. Owner is very responsive. "We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was large enough for us to spend time together and to have personal space. Our host was extremely responsive to our communication and kind in her feedback. The s'mores fixings were a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family and would also return myself. Probably when the weather is better so we can enjoy outdoor activities."
