The hot water is plentiful and heat works well. This is an older home and the rear windows could use updating. They don’t lock so have security bars, which could concern some. Neighborhood seems friendly enough so it was no concern to me. As mentioned this is an older home so has some diy touches to give...

"The property was as advertised. The kitchen was lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms were also very nice. The washer/dryer was an asset and much appreciated.There were a couple of minor issues/questions - the property owner responded quickly and was helpful. (We learned that the toaster and microwave at the same time blew a fuse. But it was an easy fix) The street the house is located was quiet and well kept and we felt very safe.
