"Been here so many time's that the lady at the front desk already knows me lol she's a total sweetheart, now I put 4 stars on the cleanliness, the rooms and linens are clean, the only thing that is dirty is the floor, a little mopping from house keeping and everything would be perfect, and just some updates on like the fridge and microwaves but overall everything is perfect, the staff are super nice👌 "

"The bath fan did not work. The heater turned off in the middle of the night almost every night. The refrigerator had a missing freezer door that nade it frost up so nothing will fit in it. The remodel was done by people who are not professional so the quality of tile and other things are shoddy. No common room. No breakfast. Nor returns so I paid for an extra night that I did not stay because I checked out a day early and they would not refund the day I paid extra for. Otherwise, clean. No bugs....

Only thing I didn't like was the front desk clerk called me about 10 minutes ago before I got there and said that I needed to hurry because I booked his last room and people were trying to book it. "I didn't get to stay here I came for my Dad's funeral all the way from Florida they took my money when I got there the person at the desk told me that I didn't have a reservation that. I then asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact hotel.com for refund. This was very devastating I had no place to stay for the night just to rest from the drive. I'm recovering from a stroke and they took my funds without a room and say I couldn't get a refund "
