"Hotel is near many eateries and is quiet. Short walk of about 10-15mins to the Bell Tower. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Would be better if their airconditioner is not centralised as weather happened to be hot during the week I was there and it was blasting heater which made it worse. Had to open the window to try to get some cool air in at night. "

"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!"
