"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we weren't disappointed as everything was as we remembered it. We had a better room this time which was bigger and with a better outlook. The only downside was that it was Christmas party time with two groups in celebrating. The Hotel did apologise in advance and it was only for one night. We eat in the hotel and the food was excellent and keenly priced. The staff were always helpful and happy to serve us."

"Lovely stay and great location Booked a standard twin room although room pretty cosy with a tiny bathroom just about enough room to close the door without hitting the loo However the location is great as it a ten minute walk to gunwharf quays and ten minutes down to the sea Staff friendly and areas all tidy and clean Yes I will come back but will book a bigger room next time. Didn’t have breakfast as they have increased the price to £16.95 which I think is too dear they no longer let you buy a discounted voucher in advance. "

"Lovely hotel and Spa, very clean and welcoming with a lovely restaurant. Only reason why it scored low on facilities was because of the planned refurbishment of the pool area, which we knew about after booking but didn’t put us off. Would definitely stay again and would look forward to seeing the refurbished pool area next time over a lovely place to stay"
