"Hotel booked online well before and confirmed. At the arrival, hotel reception denied a room saying property is full. I could not stay in that hotel and walked out."

The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"
