"Everything was perfect "

"Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory. "I booked this hotel for a stay with my family. We had 10 rooms. Even though we brought so much business through one group to the hotel the hotel staff was extremely inconsiderate. Bad service is an understatement how deplorable the situation was. The breakfast that is included in the room payment was insufficient and horrible.
