"Customer service was outstanding at Reception, Bar and Wellness Centre. The rooms were spacious. They were very accomodating of mobility issues. The sauna was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The hotel was welcoming. Phoned before hand .They put a room that meet my disablement made sure that i had a walk in shower. I found that i could acess all the hotel. The room was clean .the entertainment in the evening was good.i did not try the food. As i had eaten before i got there .and left very early. I shall return to this hotel"

"When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and a lovely welcome. We could not fault the gentleman who was hospitable and sorted out any problem that came our way. "Recently stayed at this lovely hotel, great location, cannot fault it at all, they did run out of Guinness in the bar though for the 3 day period I was there but that’s not a problem. Highly recommend and definitely stay there again "

"Outside front looked a bit tired and building work going on. It was lovely inside the areas and outside seating at the back with the fish would be lovely in summer.. Bedroom a bit small otherwise staff etc all well"

"Lovely place. I didn’t realise when I booked that the room is not en-suite. Which was fine except only two toilets for 12-14 pods. The pods are nice and very well kept, but very small for mote than 2 people. Family with little kids ok, but we were groups of adults and teenagers so not idea. Over all place is very nice, but probably not worth the cost. "
