"This was the perfect spot for me and my group of friends to relax after a bustling day in Palermo. Our host Gabriele was very attentive and punctual. He was already there waiting on us to check in and was right on time when we were ready to check out. The property is gated and very private. We only wish we could have visited when it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but that shouldn't deter you as it made a great place for us to sit out and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Fabulous location with lots of rooms and spaces, however needs lots of care and maintenance. Outside kitchen although a very large space Tor my large family, was not clean and needed a good clean out, too many items stuffed in draws that were difficult to open. What a pity! Although we enjoy hearing the sound of the water lapping on the shore from our bedroom."

Straßen waren wegen der andauernden Regenfälle überspült, unterspült und mit Schlamm und seegroßen, knöcheltiefen Pfützen kaum befahrbar. Glückerweise sind wir in der Abgeschiedenheit nicht liegen geblieben. Parallel läuft eine Beschwerde und die Forderung der Mietrückzahlung und einer Entschädigung, weil wir sofort eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bräuchten. "The villa is amazing - the gardens and pool are fantastic. We had a wonderful time splitting time between the beach and knocking around the villa, and it couldn't have worked out better. The beach is a 5 min drive (or 20min walk) so really close and there are a few great restaurants around. # Emiliano was also a great and helpful host - would strongly recommend"
