"We were really looking forward to our stay in Palermo, but things took a turn for the worse about 10 minutes before we were supposed to check in. "The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"Rosalia and her daughter were there at check in to great us and review the apartment. Very lovely people. The kitchen was nicely stocked, which made settling in easier. The neighborhood is next to the Norman Palace and the main tourist street. It took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station. It is on the noisy side and not in the cleanest part of town. Thankfully there was a nice fan that we kept on at night for comfort and dull the courtyard and street noise. A/C in bedroom. No tp allowed...
