Great position. Poor accommodation. Unable to access roof terrace. Looks nothing like photos. Room small little natural light tiny window looking at air con unit. No WiFi at all. Unhelpful staff.

This hotel was in a perfect location. We loved being able to experience the old parts of the city by just walking everywhere. The restaurants, entertainment and shopping were all right there. The staff was kind and responsive. The only issue we had was that the internet was out the entire 5 nights we were there. That made some of our planning and ticket purchases etc difficult as we couldn’t get service and needed to go elsewhere to complete it.

Small Room but clean , smelled good but the shower head did not stay on and there was a mildew smell after a day.. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other people slammed doors alot and were very loud. Good for location,clean towels and bedding. Cozy space for two. Bed was comfortable, soft linens. Overall it was a pleasant place to spend a few days. Again front desk was very nice and helpful. Happy face to see & talk to.

Good location… very basic accommodations
The doors are all operated by code and we had to call the receptionist to get the outside door code. To be fair, we had been traveling from the US for the better part of 24 hours and did not respond to the email we received, and I assume they would have sent the code at that time. Luckily one of the girls in our group speaks Spanish so she handled the call. The elevator was broke (I highly suspect it has been broke and will be broke- I would just plan on it being broke). So, we lugged our luggage (4 girls on a week long international vacation) up 4 flights of stairs. One room had a very odd smell. No windows. Small. Overall it was just basic. Had the elevator been working, I think we would have just shrugged the room off as a good price in a good location, but after our hike up the stairs, we admittedly had a gray attitude about everything else.

No hassle in check in and check out, all we needed was a code to get in the property and same for the room, property was clean and location was beautiful, the only area to improve was in the size of bed it was definitely not for 2 people and pillows were short in size and too thick for my liking.

The bathroom had a distinct sewage smell to it (though this may be a general problem in Seville?). They tried to cover it up with a very strong air freshener (those bamboo stems soaked in scented solution) which we found were too strong. The hotel front desk helped us print our boarding passes and allowed us to keep our luggage there for the day (as we departed on our flights at night).
