"We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. The views from the balcony were simply amazing!"

Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). "A lovely little lodge with quaint, rustic decor but excellent amenities. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and the heated pool was very nice. It's a little outside of the "touristy" village, but that's a bonus if you want some peace and quiet. They even prepared our breakfast a little earlier for us as we were hitting the road early."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
