"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable.
