"BEDBUGS!!!! Hotel was very aware of this bedbug issue, yet guest are welcome. I stayed in Italy at BnB, which was fabulous, so this was our second try, now we know , never again! Front desk girl kind of interrogated us in so many words: if we traveled by train… We travel by my own car!!! Stayed in great, clean hotels!!! "

"It didn't exist and was closed for that last year... If I have been charged I will be even more unhappy. Ebookers would not let me cancel because I spent 97 minutes in Kafkaesque circle where I couldn't cancel till ebookers discussed my cancilation with the hotel. This never happened because the hotel didn't exist. Fair to say I would not recommend ebookers to anybody."

"Room was nice, property good with nice facilities. However a hotel of this size should have a bar. Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. The maids cleaning room were lovely!"
