"Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after. "The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. "Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. "The photos on the website were absolutely spot on! The apartment was light and bright. Self check in was easy and exactly as described. The situation above Lago Maggiore was breathtaking and even in the rain the view was ever changing. Out of season the local restaurants were not open but a new supermarket in Stresa with a carpark was good for shopping and the apartment was well equipped for cooking.
