"The La Bella Modena we stayed at was very nice, had free parking, and was clean and comfortable, but was more than a mile from the center of town. I had originally booked at La Bella Modena CENTRO, but needed to move my date by a day, which I did on Expedia using “Change Dates” option on booking. "There was no hotel there. Just a building under construction. Through the windows you could see the bare concrete floor and equipment. No sign. No one there. No rooms. Don't book this "

"This was a very last minute booking. Only arrived at 8.20pm. Found easily. Public parking available. Very tired "hotel". We were (i think) the only guests. The owner welcomed us with a smile and after 5 min or so showed is to our room. We just needed a sleep so didn't venture out into the town. Bit of road noise overnight, but the room served a purpose. Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just not anything special. "

"We had a very peaceful time at this well maintained property. Close to nice villages outside of Bologna and easy access to Bologna. Excellent hosts- friendly and caring for our needs. access to the pool on a very hot week was a godsend."
