"Lovely studio on the top floor. I had a small somewhat heavy suitcase and tote and it was a little climb with heavy things but that only went up on the first day. I was fine. There is a nice view. It is easy to walk to various places from the studio. There is a laundromat about an 8 minute walk. One of the entrances to the palace garden is on the corner across the street. "This was a great property and the host is phenomenal. It is a little longer ride to get to the center of Paris, but the home and location were a welcomed quiet space after a day in the city. The host was very prompt with answers to any of our questions. He anticipated transportation issues and reached out one day to let us know there was a planned train strike the next day and gave instructions how to take alternative routes.
